Summer is all about last minute road trips. We went to Utah to see family, go downtown, and go to Lagoon. It was HOT, but we loved the whole weekend. We even caught the Olympics opening ceremony! Speaking of which, I need to get this posted so I can get back to the Olympic TV watching that we have been doing! Go for the Gold!

One day was spent at Lagoon. Another was spent downtown! We went here...

We went on the tour because it had been a long time, and the kids couldn't even remember seeing the inside of this building. So, just a few shots of inside!

AND, we visited a yummy little bakery called... The Sweet Tooth Fairy. Have you ever watched Cupcake Wars on The Food Network? The lady that owns this little bakery won the $10,000 prize awhile back, and we have been so excited to get to her bakery. It was very cute inside, like a little storefront shop at Disneyland.

Your posts make Utah look way more fun than is should be...those cupcakes looks way too yummy, and yes, I did see that Cupcake wars episode!!!
