We had a most wonderful Saturday! First of all, Brett got home late last night from St. Louis, Missouri. He was at a 2 week training class for his new job, and so the whole family went to the airport to pick him up at 11:40 last night. We were all so glad to have dad back in the house.
Secondly, we signed up as a family to walk in the Down Syndrome Society Buddy Walk. We signed up to be with our friends, the Schultz family. Their sweet little boy Carson was our number one buddy that we celebrated today. It was a great way to start the day! We didn't stick around for all of the festivities after because Brett had lots of stuff to get done to be ready to go out and work on Monday. We had a great time visiting with friends and walking to raise awareness and money. They had around 1500 participants today!
