I believe I have never made rolls that looked like this before. EVER! Mine are usually sad, deflated, white, and burnt little stubs of rolls. I gave these pups enough time to rise before baking them, and just look at my sweet reward.
This is a once in a life time achievement.
I am certain we will go back to what we are used to next time I decide to bake.
