We're Home!

We made it back late Sunday night from the wonderful land down south. My favorite place to visit...Mexico. We cashed in Brett's incentive points from work and took the family on a little trip. Currently, we're trying to get back in the swing of things, missing our siestas, and wondering why we have to make our own beds and cook our own food again. Also, getting over colds and trying to download the hundreds of photos that we took and one very embarrassing video (don't worry it will get posted!).
Today's post is just a little sample of what we did. ABOVE: In Cabo San Lucas we rode a catamarran to a beautiful snorkeling spot. We spotted a pod of porpoise and followed them around. This little guy is giving us a show!

THE HAPPY PLATE
We visited the colonial villages of the Sierra Madres Mountain range and saw beautiful furniture, tiles, and pottery being made. This beauty of a plate made it home with us by sitting on my lap the whole way.
Two totally cute girls waiting for us to set sail in Long Beach. Yes, that's the Queen Mary in the background. We toured outside of it before getting on our boat.
And here we are, gearing up for seven days of vacation.
