New Moon at Midnight

11:10 PM. In the movie theater, upper section, 5th row up. AKA: Awesome seats!!
Last year at Twilight, our first midnight movie together, we got there about 11:15pm, and the only seats left were in the front row. We said never again. So, this year, we left the house at 9:45PM for the midnight show!
10:05 PM. Waiting in a huge line outside the theater. For all of you red carpet followers...Jess is wearing a winter coat from 2 years ago, (we didn't realize it was a little snug, and she had to stand just like this because she couldn't raise her arms), her fave pj bottoms, thick socks, slippers, a couple of tshirts, and an Aeropostale zippered hoodie. Yes, she still froze!
Jess' stylish mom was thrilled to be freezing at 10:15 that night. She wore her black sweats, thick hiking socks, running shoes (always a must at a Twilight midnight movie premiere night!), 2 tshirts, a lovely green hoodie, and her winter parka. She also froze, but was relieved to get inside the theater an hour later.
SO...2 New Moon midnight movie tickets purchased on line-$21.00.
One medium Fresca and a Small popcorn-$10.50
Giggling in a crowded movie theater with my daughter at 1am(on a school night) and trying to decide if we are Team Edward or Team Jacob...you guessed it...PRICELESS!

You crack me up! What a fun memory for you two to share! Can I send my daughter to you for midnight showings? I don't do well in the cold.
